高血压脑出血与高血压病的相关性研究

The Relationship Research of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage and Hypertension

目的探讨高血压脑出血发生与预后与高血压病的关系。方法选取常德市第一人民医院2009年1月至2010年1月收治的107例高血压性脑出血患者,根据其血压情况分为高血压组和正常组,跟踪观察血压变化与发生脑出血及预后的关系。结果 107例患者中有高血压88例(82.24%),未有高血压19例(17.76%);在高血压组中,血压控制良好的患者预后优于血压控制不当的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压病与高血压脑出血有密切关系,在治疗过程中应严密监测患者血压,并进行有效的控制,方能提高预后质量。

Objective To investigate the occurrence and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension relationship.Methods A hospital in January 2009-2010 in January admitted 107 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,according to their blood pressure and hypertension were divided into normal group,track blood pressure changes and the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage and prognosis.Results 107 patients with hypertension 88 cases（82.24%）,no hypertension in 19 cases（17.76%）;in the hypertensive group,the prognosis of patients with good blood pressure control than patients with poorly controlled blood pressure,the difference was statistically significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hypertension is closely related to cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension in the course of treatment should be closely monitored blood pressure,and effective control in order to improve the quality of prognosis.
