ECLIA法与RRA法检测血清促甲状腺激素受体抗体的对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨ECLIA检测TRAb的可行性和实用性。方法采用德国罗氏全自动电化学发光免疫分析法(ECLIA)与实验室常规检测TRAb的放射受体分析法(RRA)这两种方法同时检测血清促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAB)含量,共检测血清样本317份,其中甲状腺功能亢进患者159例,健康者158例。结果 ECLIA检测TRAb数值与RRA有显著差异(P<0.01),但与RRA检测值整体相关(r=0.792,P<0.01)。取各自正常参考值上限后,两种方法诊断符合率为86.0%,分类一致性Kappa值为0.896(P>0.05)。结论 ECLIA检测TRAb在精密度方面良好,且操作简便,检测速度快。 Objectiive To explore the feasibility and clinical practicalities of electrochemilluminescence immunoassay(ECILA) for the measurement of serum thyrotrophic receptor antibody(TRAb).Methods The serum TRAb levels in 159 patients with hyperthyroid and 158 health controls were measured by both ECILA and Radiorecptor Assay(RRA).Results Results showed that there was a significant difference in TRAb values measured by two immunoassay methods(P〈0.01).By given the upper limit of nomal values,the diagnostic coincidence rate between twomethods was 86% with Kappa value 0.896.Conclusion The serum thyrotrophic receptor antibody assay with ECLIA exhibits a intra-assay precision as well as easier operation and faster procedures.
