肾炎固本丸治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效观察

Curative Effects of Nephritis in Favor of Pills Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的研究肾炎固本丸在慢性肾功能衰竭治疗中的临床效果。方法治疗组112例用肾炎固本丸治疗,对照组112例采取药用炭片进行治疗。结果治疗组显效54例,有效38例,无效20例,总有效率82.14%。对照组显效26例,有效40例,无效46例,总有效率58.93%。总有效率两组对比有明显的差异性(P<0.05)。结论肾炎固本丸能够有效改善肾功能,减缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展。

Objective To study the nephritis in favor of shot in the treatment of chronic renal failure clinical effect.Methods The treatment group 112 examples with nephritis in favor of pills treatment,112 cases of control group take medicinal carbon piece of treatment.Results Treatment group powerfully of 54,effective 38 cases,invalid 20 cases,the total effective rate of 82.14%.26 patients in the control group,effective got 40 cases,46 cases of invalid the total effective rate of 58.93%.Total effective rate of two groups of contrast have signifi cant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nephritis in favor of pills can improve renal function,slow down the progress of chronic renal failure.
