生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉训练治疗子宫脱垂的效果分析

Clinical Effects of Biofeedback Electricity Stimulation Therapeutics Combine with Pelvic Floor Muscle Training in the Treatment of Uterus Prolapse

目的探讨生物反馈电刺激结合盆底肌肉训练方法对于子宫脱垂的临床疗效。方法将2009年3月至2010年7月期间肇庆市第二人民医院94例子宫脱垂患者随机分为两组,观察组与对照组,每组各47例。观察组患者采取生物反馈电刺激结合盆底肌肉训练方法进行治疗,对照组患者单纯采取盆底肌肉训练方法进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组显效率为80.85%(38/47),对照组显效率为61.70%(29/47),两组显效率有显著性比较差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论相对于单纯采取盆底肌肉训练治疗方法而言,生物反馈电刺激结合盆底肌肉训练方法对于子宫脱垂患者有着更加显著的临床治疗效果,值得临床借鉴应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of biofeedback electricity stimulation therapeutics combine with pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of uterus prolapse.Methods From March 2009 to July 2010,according to the principle of random assignment,94 patients of uterus prolapse were divided into two groups,pelvic floor muscle training group（control group） 47 cases and biofeedback electricity stimulation therapeutics combine with pelvic floor muscle training group（observation group） 47 cases,comparison was made between observation group clinical effect and control group clinical effect.Results 38 patients in observation group have significant effects,accounting for 80.85%,29 patients in control group have significant effects,accounting for 61.70%,there was a significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion Biofeedback electricity stimulation therapeutics combine with pelvic floor muscle training has a good clinical effect,it is effective and superior to pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of Uterus prolapse and is worthy of clinical reference applications.
