政法委的级别与个案协调差异研究

A Study on Different Levels of the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee and the Differences of Conciliating Individual Cases

我国政法委设立于20世纪80年代初期。从司法实践看,中央政法委和省级政法委协调的个案还没有发现错案;因政法委协调而发生的错案主要发生在地级市及其以下的两级政法委中。探询二者差异之原因,对于完善和规范基层政法委的个案协调职能具有重要意义。

The political and legislative affairs committees were set up in China in early 1980s.From the judicial practice,no misjudged cases have been found in the cases conciliated by the central and provincial political and legislative affairs committees.Misjudged cases mainly occurred in the cases conciliated by the political and legislative affairs committee of the city and county level.To probe into the causes of differences between different levels of political and legislative affairs committee has great significance to improve and standardize the functions of local political and legislative affairs committee to conciliate individual cases.
