介入化疗加放疗治疗中晚期巨块型宫颈癌

TREATMENT FOR BULKY CARCINOMA OF THE UTERINE CERVIX WITH INTERVENTIONAL CHEMOTHERAPY AND RADIOTHERAPY

目的：探讨介入化疗加放疗治疗中晚期巨块型宫颈癌的疗效。方法：自１９９６ 年１ 月至１９９７ 年１２ 月，我科收治ⅡＢ 期至Ⅳ期巨块型宫颈癌７６ 例，其中３２ 例行介入化疗加放疗，４４ 例行单纯放疗。结果：介入化疗加放疗组肿瘤消退２９ 例，残存肿瘤３ 例；单纯放疗组肿瘤消退３１ 例，残存肿瘤１３ 例，两组相比，具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：介入化疗加放疗可提高巨块型宫颈癌的局部控制率。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of interventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy for bulky carcinoma of the uterine cervix.Methods:76 cases for bulky carcinoma of the uterine cervix were treated between January 1996 and December 1997 in our Department.32 cases of them were treated with interventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy.44 cases of them were treated with radiotherapy alone.Result:In the group of interventional chemotheray and radiotherapy,29 cases had not residual tumor and 3 cases had residual tumor.In the group of radiotherapy alone,31 cases had not residual tumor and 13 cases had residual tumor .There were significant difference between the two group (P<0 05).Conclusion:The authors concluded that interventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy may improve tumor control rate of the bulky carcinoma of the uterine cervix.
