摘要
网络团购作为一种新的消费模式和商业模式,可以实现消费者、团购网站、商家及社会多方共赢,并可以在很大程度上拉动内需,促进宏观经济的发展。如今,团购网站已经成为网络团购的主要形式。但是由于缺乏相应的监管机制、建站及运营成本低,目前团购网站在快速发展过程中暴露出诸多问题,成为消费者投诉的"重灾区",严重损害了消费者的权益,并在很大程度上打击了消费者参与网络团购的热情。本文具体分析了团购网站存在的问题,并提出了规范团购网站发展的建议。
As a new consumption patterns and business model,group purchase can realize consumer,business,group purchase websites and society in multi-win-win situation.And it can largely stimulate domestic demand,and promote the development of the macro economy.Now,group purchase websites have become the main form of network group purchase.But because of the lack of corresponding supervision mechanism and the low cost of establishing and operating group purchase websites,at present,group purchase websites showed many problems in the fast development process,have become the "Lake Pontchartrain" of consumer complaints,badly damaged the consumers' rights and interests,and largely hit consumers' enthusiasm to participate in network group purchase.This paper analyzes the problems existing in group purchase websites,and puts forward some suggestions on promoting group purchase websites criterion development.
