摘要
农村义务教育问题已成为"三农"问题中新的焦点,务必引起各方高度重视。但是以往的义务教育都不是真正完全免费的全民义务教育。本文以我国的社会历史背景和农村义务教育事业的现实困境为立足点,着重探讨这个问题。
The country compulsory education is considered a new focus by all direction of entire society with the triple problem of agriculture.But it was not one genuine compulsory education ago.This problem is discussed by this paper according to society history background and the current puzzle of country compulsory education.
