摘要
人力资源管理专业实践教学是培养复合型和应用型人才的重要途径。本文通过分析人力资源管理课程实践教学改革的意义,提出目前高校人力资源管理实践教学中存在的问题,并提出了人力资源管理课程实践教学改革的方法。
The practice teaching of "Human Resources Management" course is an important way to train compound and applied talents.By analysis on the meaning of practice teaching reform of "Human Resources Management" course,provides some problems existed in the current practice teaching and some methods on how to do the practice teaching reform of "Human Resources Management" course.
