手法固定宫体清宫术的体会

EXPERIENCE OF INTRAUTERINE SECTION WITH MANUAL FIXED UTERINE BODY

目的：分析手法固定宫体清宫术的并发症。方法：８２ 例为研究组，采用手法固定宫体清宫术。８０ 例为对照组；采用宫颈钳固定宫体清宫术。分析术后并发症。结果：研究组１３例术后发生轻微并发症，无重大并发症，并发症发生率１５．９％ 。对照组２５ 例术后发生轻微并发症，１ 例重大并发症，并发症发生率３２．５％ 。两组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。

Objective:To evaluate the complications after intrauterine section with manual fixed uterine body.Methods:82 patients were belong to study group,they underwent intrauterine section with manual fixed uterine body,13 patients of cases occured minor postoperative complications,no major complications(15.9%).80 patients were belong to control group,they were performed intrauterine section fixed with cervix uterine clamp.25 patients of cases occured minor complications,1 case occured major complication(32.5%).Results:the postoperative complications in two group were significant difference(P<0 05) Conclusion:The authors concluded that the intrauterine section with manual fixed uterine body is a safe technique for intrauterine sectim.
