It analyzed the reasons why the biomedical model had not changed into the bio--psycho --social medical model. It put forward that it is necessary to take the relative conditions concerning quality of life and living environment of humankind improved into the researching scan of medical development model under the ecological crisis background, which showed in right place the essential consistency between the value basis of ecological model and scientific concept of development. It was an inevitable demand and specific action to lead the medical development in the future by ecological medical model.
