Ethical and Legal Issues of the Current Prevention of Occupational Diseases

目前,职业病问题日益成为一个重要的公共卫生问题。从伦理与法律的视角,论述了我国当前职业病防治中的问题,指出了我国当前职业病问题存在的三个特点,较深入分析了我国当前职业病防治工作中存在的4个方面的问题和原因,并提出了职业病防治的五个方面的具体措施。

At present, occupational diseases are increasingly becoming a major problem. From the ethical and legal perspective,prevention of occupational three diseases in China are discussed in the current issue, pointed out the problem of the current occupational characteristics, more in--depth analysis of the current occupational disease prevention and control of the existing four issues and causes and made the five aspects of occupational disease prevention and specific measures.
