辽宁省医师职业态度和行为调查研究

Professionalism of Medicine: Results of Attitude and Behavioral Survey of Physicians in Liaoning Province

采用分层随机抽样方法,对辽宁省1 100名医生进行问卷调查。结果表明,《医师宣言》所倡导的职业精神在医生中具有深厚的基础。大部分医师在提高医疗质量、为患者保密等方面基本符合医师职业精神要求。有少量医师由于医学价值观错位、人文素养不足等问题影响了《医师宣言》的落实。建议强化医师职业精神建设。

We used a stratified random sample to investigate 1 100 physicians in Liaoning province. We found physicians conform to the physician charter in improving quality of care and patient confidentiality. However, to some extent, the medical sense of worth, the lack of humanistic value interfere the implement of the three principles. We suggest to intensify the medical professionalism through specific measures.
