摘要
为了解住院医师在医患沟通中的负面经历情况和对沟通技能培训的需求,对北京协和医院内科接受培训的住院医师进行问卷调查。调查显示,74.4%的住院医师曾有过医患沟通负面经历,有些人的情绪会受到长久的影响,多数会选择对同事进行倾诉;住院医生普遍认为需要开展沟通技能培训,但只有少数曾经接受过沟通技能培训。
To investigate residents' negative experiences in doctor--patient communication and their needs of communication skills training, a self-design questionnaire was surveyed to residents in Internal Medicine Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital. There were 74.4% of the subjects thought they had negative doctor-patient communications. Some of them would be influenced for more than a month. Most of them would like to confide to workmates or attendings. The residents thought it was necessary to have communication skills training. As well as medical abilities, communication skills were needed in residents' training.
