医务工作者职业幸福感调查及影响因素分析

Analysis on Occupational Well-being Status and Influence Factors of Medical Staff

为了解医务人员职业幸福感及影响因素,采用医务人员职业幸福感量表对大连市两家三甲医院272名医务人员进行了问卷调查。医生的职业幸福感高于护士;35岁年龄组职业幸福感最低,而55岁以上年龄组最高;月收入11 000元以上者职业幸福感最高,月收入3 000元以下者最低;博士学历的医务人员职业幸福感最高,而本科生最低。

Scale for Medical Workers Occupational Well--being was used to exam the occupational well--being of 272 medical staff came from two Triple A hospitals in Dalian to know the occupational well--being status and influence factors of medical staff. The results showed as follows： the occupational well- being score in doctors was higher than that of nurses; Occupational well--being score in age of 35 years old was lower than the score in age of 55 years old. The score of occupational well--being of in medical staff whose income of 11 000.00 RMB was higher than those income of 3 000.00RMB. The occupational well--being of medical workers with doctor degree was higher than those of undergraduate.
