摘要 美国医疗过失诉讼对健康保险的影响是近20年来美国医疗法律领域和健康保险领域关注的重要问题。它增加了美国健康保险的成本、减少了医疗服务的可及性,并对美国的医疗服务质量与医疗安全产生了负面影响。美国医疗过失诉讼已从多个层面影响到美国健康保险的正常发展。 In recent 20 years, it is an important issue for American that malpractice litigation influences on health insurance in the field of medicine law and health insurance. It increases the cost of health insurance, reduces the availability of medical service and has negative impacts on the quality and safety of health services. Malpractice litigation has affected many aspects of development of health insurance in America.
