依托网络加强国防生教育管理的探索与实践

Strengthening the Cadets' Education and Management by Relying on the Network

网络已经渗透到在校国防生学习生活的方方面面,如何推进国防生教育管理网络化,已经成为新时期加强在校国防生教育管理工作面临的重要课题。文章从运用网络技术打造国防生教育管理新平台、发挥网络功能增强国防生教育管理实效性、探索网络规律推进国防生教育管理上水平三个方面进行了研究探索。拓展了教育管理工作新领域、构建了教育管理新格局、发展了教育管理新载体,进而推进了国防生教育管理工作在理论上的创新。

The internet has infiltrated into most parts of the cadets＇ school life,Then how to promote the educational network management has become an important subject confronted in the work of strengthen the education management of the cadets in universities in the new age.In this paper,the authors have explored this subject by investigating it from three aspects： establishing a new platform for the educational management by applying the network technology,strengthening the effectiveness of the practice by boosting the network＇s function,and upgrading the level of the educational management by probing new rules of the network.The authors＇ exploration on this issue has broadened a new ground,formed a new structure,and developed a new carrier for the educational management,and thus promoted its theoretical innovation.
