摘要 课堂变革的背后是教育思想的变革,是学生的学习行为与教师的授课行为的变革。课堂变革意味着学习品质的提升。课堂革命要求从聚焦教师的教,转型为聚焦学生的学。真正的学校教育改革必须紧扣课堂教学实践的变革。课堂规范要随时代的发展和教育价值取向的进化而进化,课堂规范的解构与建构最终是对教师行为的变革。 Classroom reform is based on education thought reform, it is related to the change of students and teachers. Classroom reform brings the improvement of study quality, it requires the focus on students rather than teachers. The real education reform must be consistent with reform of teaching practice. Classroom regulation must be consistent with view of education value, and its construction and deconstruction is finally the change of teachers' behavior.
