“教之以事,喻诸德也。”学生获取知识的过程与德行成长的过程是密不可分的,任何偏颇一方的行为都是不可取的。学科育人的提出体现了“以人为本”的教育理念,为学科教学重新定位提供了平台,也保证了学生的健康成长发展。无论是自然科学还是人文学科都有其独特的“育人价值”。以语文学科为例,教师需要拓展语文学科的育人价值,探寻行之有效的课堂组织形式,并能够着力提升自身的专业素养。
