摘要 近几年的教学改革对教师提出了新的要求:尊重学生的人格,关注差异,让每位学生都能得到发展。传统教学模式显然严重忽视了学生的个体差异,要改变这种现状,必须在多元智能理论指导下进行差异教学。文章拟从多元智能理论出发,探讨在高中英语教学中如何实施课堂内外教学策略、自主学习策略、合作学习策略以及情感教学策略等来关注差异,使每位学生都能得到发展,对普通中学英语教学有一定的指导作用和实践意义。 The new teaching reform requires that teachers should respect students' personality and pay more attention to the difference among students so that every student can improve a lot in his study. However, it is clear that the traditional teaching mode seriously neglects the students' individual differences. To solve this problem, teachers must turn to a new teaching model -differentia teaching based on the theory of multiple intelligences. This study puts emphasis on how to carry out the new teaching model through the strategies of English teaching in and outside the classroom, independent learning strategies, cooperative learning strategies and emotional teaching strategies so as to achieve a fair education. I believe this study will be of great help for English Teaching in high school.
