急性脑出血并发应激消化道溃疡出血的临床分析

Clinical analysis of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with stress upper digestive tract bleeding

目的探讨脑出血并发应激上消化道出血的相关因素及并发上消化道出血对治疗效果的影响;方法回顾性分析脑出血病98例患者中,脑出血合并应激上消化道出血24例患者的临床资料;结果脑出血发生消化道出血24例,死亡13例(54.2%),无应激上消化道出血74例,死亡7例(9.5%),两组在病死率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脑出血并发应激上消化道出血,应早期防治,减少死亡率。

Objective To discuss the relationship between the treatment and complication upper digestive tract bleeding, the concerned factors of cerebral hemorrhage combined with the disease above.Methods Analyzed the clinical data of cerebral hemorrhage 98 cases,24 cases were complicated with stress upper digestive tract bleeding.Results cerebral hemorrhage complicated with stress upper digestive tract bleeding was 24 cases, death 13 cases（54.2%）,without stress upper digestive tract bleeding 74 cases,death 7 cases（9.5%）,there were marked difference between the two groups on death rate（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Cerebral hemorrhage complicated with stress upper digestive tract bleeding must be prevented early,decrease death rate.
