锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折

Treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with locking plates in the elderly

摘要 目的观察锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 16例老年股骨转子间骨折均行锁定钢板内固定术,术后7d逐渐开始髋关节、膝关节的持续被动功能锻炼和主动运动。结果临床愈合时间为12~16周,平均为14周。结论锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折疗效可靠。 Objective To observe the cure effect of locking plates on senile intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 16 cases were made locking plate internal fixation, let do exercise after 7 d. Results The clinical cure time was 12~16w,14w in average. Conclusion Locking plates has reliable effect on the said disease.
