目的探讨提高放化疗科静脉输液导管使用质量的方法;方法分析影响静脉输液导管使用质量因素,采取设置病房静脉输液治疗小组,开展不同层次的技能培训和相关理论知识的学习,加强患者及家属的健康教育以及实施质量监控等对策;结果与实施质量管理前比较,静脉输液导管使用率和一次穿刺成功率显著提高,留置时间显著延长,并发症发生率显著降低,患者满意度显著提高。结论针对性的护理质量管理可有效提高放化疗科静脉输液导管的使用质量.

Objective To explore methods of quality control and management of venous catheter in department of oncology. Methods Factors which influence venous catheter were analyzed. Treatment team of venous catheter was set up. Different level of technical skill and theory studying was developed. Healthy education for patients and its family was performed. Monitoring of venous catheter was practiced. Results Comparing with pre-practice of quality control and management of venous catheter, effectiveness of venous catheter and achievement ratio of once puncture improved greatly. It could setting longer and had lower complications. Patients were satisfied greatly. Conclusion Proper management on venous catheter could improve its durability in department of oncology.
