中药联合文拉法辛治疗抑郁症临床观察

目的:探讨中药联合文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法:100例抑郁患者作为研究对象被随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予文拉法辛治疗,实验组也给予文拉法辛治疗,但剂量减半,同时加用中药治疗。结果:两组患者均有不同程度的好转。实验组HAMD评分改善程度以及显效率和总有效率均显著优于对照组。不良反应率显著少于对照组。结论:文拉法辛联合中药治疗抑郁可以提高临床效果,降低不良反应,改善患者生活质量。

Objective：To compare the clinical effects of venlafaxine combined with traditional Chinese drug used for patients with depression. Methods： 100 cases of patients with depression as studied object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group was given therapy of venlafaxine, experimental group was given venlafaxine, too, but given half dose, and given therapy of traditional Chinese drug at the same time. Results：All patients have turned better in different degree. Such indexes as score of HMAD, side - action rate, efficiency rate and total effective rate in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group. Conclusions ： Venlafaxine combined with traditional Chinese drug used for patients with depression can enhcane clinical effect and decrease side - action, so it deserved applying and prompting in clinical work.
