摘要
目的:探讨血液骨髓涂片快速染色的效果。方法:对瑞氏-姬姆萨染液进行了改良。结果:使染色在30秒内一步完成,染色效果与原法一致。结论:传统的瑞士染色法染色时间长,胞核着色差,而姬姆萨染色法虽然胞核着色好,但胞浆染色欠佳,《全国临床检验操作规程》推荐选用瑞氏-姬姆萨复合染色法为临床常规染色法,进行了改良后使染色能在较短时间内一步完成,染色效果比原方法一致,此染色方法尤其适用于临床常规工作,且提高工作效率。
