急性腹痛中33例被误诊为阑尾炎的临床分析

目的:分析急性腹痛误诊为阑尾炎的原因。方法:对本院33例急性腹痛误诊为阑尾炎患者资料采取回顾性研究,并结合近期文献作了分析。结果:发现33例急性腹痛患者没有完全按照急性腹痛的诊疗流程处理。结论:严格按照诊疗流程可防止误诊的发生。

Objective：To analysis the reasons of acute abdominal pain misdiagnosed as appendicitis. Methods： 33 cases of acute abdominal pain in our hospital misdiagnosed as appendicitis take retrospective study, combined with an analysis of recent literature. Result： 33 cases of acute abdominal pain in patients with acute abdominal pain is not fully in accordance with the process of dealing with, the diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion： Strict accordance with the treatment process wiu prevent the occurrence of misdiagnosis.
