摘要
目的探讨真菌性角膜炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法对80例真菌性角膜炎患者,分别从病因、临床分型和治疗等方面进行回顾性分析。结果根据病因以及分型进行针对性治疗后,80例患者中治愈35例(43.8%),好转42例(52.5%),无效3例(3.8%),总有效率为96.2%。结论真菌性角膜炎根据病因和分型进行针对性治疗是缩短疗程、提高疗效的关键。
Objective To investigate the pathogeny classifying and treatment of mycotic keratitis.Methods Separately from the etiology,clinical classification and treatment,retrospectively analyzed the data of 80 cases patients with mycotic keratitis.Results 80 cases patients were treated based on pathogeny and classifying.All of the 80 cases patients,cured 35 cases（43.8%）,improved 42 cases（52.5%）,invalid 3 cases（3.8%）,the total effective rate was 96.2%.Conclusion Based on pathogeny and classifying in treatment with mycotic keratitis is benefit on decurtating the course of treatment and increasing the therapeutic effect.
