中西药结合非手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

The effect observation of Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine in eccyesis

目的观察中西药结合非手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法将60例异位妊娠患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤(MTX)20mg静脉注射,每天1次,5d为1个疗程;同时分别于第2、3、4天加服米非司酮100mg。观察组在对照组治疗基础上,于第2天加服中药异位妊娠Ⅱ号加减方剂,每天1剂,7d为1个疗程。治疗后比较2组疗效及血绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)降至正常时间及盆腔肿块消失时间。结果 2组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组血β-hCG降至正常时间及盆腔肿块消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药结合治疗异位妊娠,可迅速清除盆腔肿块,降低β-hCG水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine in eccyesis.Methods 60 cases patients with eccyesis were divided into observation group and control group,each of 30 cases.Control group received methotrexate（MTX） 20mg intravenously,one time a day,5d as a course;At the 2,3,4th day,were given mifepristone 100mg.On the basis of control group,at 2th day,treatment group recevied ectopic pregnancy-Ⅱ subtraction,one time a day,7d as a course.After treatment,compared efficacy,blood stuffed film gonadotropin（β-hCG） to normal time and the disappearance time of pelvic masses of two groups.Results The total effective rate of two groups and no significant difference（P〉0.05）.β-hCG to normal time and the disappearance time of pelvic masses in observation group were shorter than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine in eccyesis can quickly clear the pelvic lump and depress the level of β-hCG.
