摘要
目的探讨阴道超声检查对晚孕分娩后胎物残留的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析208例临床可疑晚孕分娩后宫内胎组织残留的超声诊断结果,并与清宫术后病理检查结果进行比较。结果 208例患者中有50例行清宫,超声诊断结果与清宫术/病理结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访中无1例患者需对胎组织残留进行诊刮。结论阴道超声检查可作为晚孕分娩后宫内胎组织残留诊断和随访的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound in residues of intrauterine fetal.Methods 208 cases postpartum women who suffered from clinical doubtful retained products of conceptions were examined by transvaginal ultrasound and compared with the diagnosis by curettage and pathology.Results In 208 cases patients,50 cases with routine curettage,curettage with ultrasound diagnosis/pathology results was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Follow-up,no patient needed for curettage to tire residue.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound is an effective method in diagnosing and follow-up of residues of intrauterine fetal.
