摘要
利用电沉积方法制备CdSe薄膜已有不报道,但对其光电性能尚待进一步研究。本工作利用改进的方法对电沉积CdSe构成的光电化学电池的等效串联电阻进行测定,讨论了半导体沉积层的体相电阻随光强的变化规律及对光电转换效率的影响。
ηPhotocurrent-voltage curves of photoeiectrochemical cell consisting of electrode posited CdSe were measured.The logarithm of short circuit current Ix was found to be linearly related to open circuit voltage Uoc. Improved method was used to evaluate series resistance RJ in equivalent circuit of PEC. RJ is the exponential function of light intensity, this means the major com penent of series resistance is the resistance of semiconductor deposited layer. With RJ existance, photoelectric conversion efficiencyη is only a half of that in ideal situation. Effects of deposited-laver thickness on η was also discussed.
