摘要
电化学技术在分析混和物时,往往由于各组份响应信号的重叠而遇到困难,这种现象在痕量分析中尤为突出。我们在微机电化学分析仪上,利用卡尔曼滤波技术分离重叠响应信号,达到多组份分析的目的。常规脉冲极谱(NPP) 和差分脉冲极谱(DPP)
A major limitation in the use of electrochemical techniques for the multicompone nt analysis is the difficulty of resolving overlapped peaks. The paper employs the Kalman filter to pulse polarographic test. The synthetic data were used to determine the sensitivity of the method to different peak shapes, to difference in peak height and position, and to the S / N of the data. Further, the method is validated by using the Cadmium/Indium system with the percent errors of estimated concentration ,≤10%.
