黄宗勖教授外治法用药的关联规则挖掘

Association rules mining of medication for professor Huang Zong-xu in external therapy

目的:客观总结黄宗勖教授在临床各科运用外治法的特点。方法:使用Access分别建立包含病名、中药名等字段名的骨伤科、外科、妇科等8个科室的数据库,以数据挖掘系统Enterprise Minter为平台,使用关联规则分析工具分别对数据库进行分析。结果:妇科、外科、骨伤科和五官科发现有趣模式,分析结果显示:以乳香-没药,苦参-蛇床子,黄柏-大黄,硼砂-冰片药对为主。结论:可以推测黄宗勖教授在临床中尤善治疗妇科、外科、骨伤科和五官科疾病。另外,黄宗勖教授运用外治法治疗疾病时,以"瘀"、"湿"、"热"为辩证要点。

Objective： To overview the characteristic of external therapy by professor Huang Zong-xu in clinical departments. Methods： We established databases, include the name of the disease, TCM name and so on. In total, we established 8 databases, such as orthopedics and traumatology, surgery, gynecology, etc. Finally, we chose a data mining system-Enterprise Minter as a platform, and respectively analyzed the databases with the association rules analysis tool. Results： We found interesting modes in gynecology, surgery, orthopedics and and ent. The results show that the main drugs are： mastic-myrrh, sophora-cnidium, treats-rhubarb and borax-borneol. Conclusion： We can speculate that professor Huang Zong-xu is good at treating diseases of gynecological, surgery, orthopedics and ent. Besides, professor Huang Zong-xu often took stasis, wet and hot as the dialectical points when he applied external therapy.
