康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血86例疗效观察

Clinical effective observation on treating 86 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding with Kangfu Xin plus omeprazole

目的:本文探讨康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗消化内科门诊的上消化道出血病例临床疗效。方法:我院2008年1月～2010年12月内窥镜下诊断为急性胃粘膜病变伴出血、慢性浅表性胃炎伴糜烂、出血;消化性溃疡出血236例消化内科门诊病例中随机挑选86例。随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用口服康复新液加奥美拉唑胶囊,对照组用口服奥美拉唑胶囊。两组均以7天为一观察治疗疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.7%。治疗组总有效率为88.2%。疗效满意。结论:临床结果表明加用康复新液后临床症状改善的显效率、有效率都有明显提高,且能降低了复发率。

Objective： This article discussed the clinical effective observation of treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding with Kangfu Xin plus omeprazole. Methods： To choose 86 cases from 236 cases which have been treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group treated with Kangfu Xin plus omeprazole, while the control group treated only with omeprazole. 7 days as a course for both two groups. Results： In the treatment group the total effective rate was 97.7%, while in the control group was 88.2%, satisfactory outcome. Conclusion： Treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding with Kangfu Xin plus omeprazole can make a better effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
