通脉汤治疗缺血性中风54例疗效观察

The effective observation on treating 54 cases of ischemic stroke with Tongmai decoction

目的:观察通脉汤治疗缺血性中风的疗效。方法:选108例缺血性中风患者,将其分为治疗组和对照组,两组各54例,对照组用抗凝、抗血小板集聚、降颅压、改善脑循环等常规及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用通脉汤。结果:治疗组显效37例,有效13例,无效4例,总有效率92.6%;对照组显效28例,有效19例,无效7例,总有效率77.8%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:通脉汤治疗缺血性中风疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating ischemic stroke with Tongmai decoction. Methods： To choose 108 cases with ischemic stroke, divided into treatment group and control group, each group with 54 cases. The control group treated with some common treatments such as anti-platelet aggregation, reduce the intracranial pressure and so on. The treatment group treated with Tongmai decoction based on the treatment of control group. Results： In the treatment group markly effective in 37 cases, effective in 13 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total effective rate was 92.6%; In the control group markly effective in 28 cases, effective in 19 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total effective rate was 77.8%, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating ischemic stroke with Tongrnai decoction can make better effect.
