通末汤治疗缺血性脑卒中60例疗效观察

The effect observation on treating 60 cases of ischemic stroke in Tongmo decoction

目的:探讨自拟通末汤治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法:选择缺血性脑卒中患者120例,随机分为2组。对照组予以常规治疗,阿司匹林、维生素E;联合应用脑细胞保护剂、自由基清除剂易达生20ml静脉滴注,应用化瘀通络中药制剂复方丹参注射液静脉滴注20ml;同时予以甘露醇降颅压,或者甘油果糖和小剂量利尿剂等对症支持治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用通末汤加减治疗。每日1次,2周为1疗程。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论:通末汤治疗缺血性脑卒中起效快,疗程短,效果好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Tongmo decoction treat ischemic stroke. Methods： Selected 120 cases of ischemic stroke patients, and randomly divided them into 2 groups. Control group received common treatment, such as aspirin, vitamin E; Combined with application of protective agents of brain cells, free radical scavenger intravenous infusion 20ml, application circulation meridians of TCM Danshen preparations intravenous injection 20ml, at the same time, applying mannitol reducing the intracranial pressure or glycerol and fructose and low-dose diuretics symptomatic supportive treating. Based on the control group, treatment group plus Tongmo decoction for once a day, 2 weeks as a course of treatment. Results： The effect in treatment group was obviously higher than control group. Conclusion： Tongmo decoction treat ischemic stroke has advantages of work fast, short course and good effect, so it is worth widely using in clinical.
