老年人大肠癌的手术治疗体会

Experience for surgical treatment of elderly colorectal cancer

目的：观察与分析老年人大肠癌的手术治疗效果。方法：回顾性选取符合手术条件的大肠癌患者共计198例且根据其具体情况分别给予相应手术治疗方案，同时对其手术治疗效果及患者生活质量等进行观察与相关数据的统计和分析。结果：本次手术治疗无死亡病例且经过手术治疗后患者生活质量得以较大改善（P〈0．05）。结论：加强老年人大肠癌的手术治疗方案观察与分析对延长患者生命、提高临床治疗效果具有十分重要的临床价值。

Objective： To observe and analyze elderly the effect of surgical treatment of elderly colorectal cancer. Methods： Retrospectively selecte 198 patients who meet the conditions of operation and give the appropriate surgical treatment according to their specific circumstances, observing its surgical treatment and patient quality of life and counting and analyzing the statistical. Results： The surgical treatment after surgery with no deaths and the quality of life after treatment can be greatly improved （p〈0.05）. Conclusions： Strengthening the observation and analysis of the surgical treatment in elderly colorectal cancer can prolong life and improve the effect in clinical treatment, and had great clinical value.
