中药内外合用治疗糖尿病坏疽12例

Treating 12 cases diabetic gangrene in TCM for oral and external using

目的:观察中药内外合用治疗糖尿病坏疽的疗效。方法:对12例糖尿病下肢坏疽患者,在治疗糖尿病常规用药的基础上,内服中药黄芪桃红四物汤加减(黄芪、熟地黄、当归、白芍、川芎、桃仁、红花、丹参、鸡血藤、路路通、地龙、怀牛膝、甘草),外用通脉散(乳香、没药、穿山甲、水蛭、地龙、络石藤、鸡血藤、桂枝、木通、丹参)组成治疗。结果:显效6例,有效5例,无效1例。结论:中药内外合治糖尿病下肢坏疽疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating diabetic gangrene in TCM for oral and external using. Methods： On the base of conventional medicine, treated with astragalus Taohong Siwu decoction （astragalus, aehmannia, angelica, white peony root, Chuanxiong, peach kernel, safflower, salvia, millettia, passepartout, earthworm, achyranthes, licorice） for oral, and treated with Tongmai san （frankincen -se, myrrh, pangolins, leech, earthworm, contact Ishido, millettia, Guizhi, akebia, salvia） for external using. Result： Markedly effective for 6 cases, effective for 5 cases, invalid for 1 case. Conclusion： The effect of treating diabetic gangrene in TCM for oral and external using was significant.
