空心螺旋微量给粉装置的给料特性研究

摘要 给料装置稳定工作是试验结果可靠性和精确性的关键。针对建设的携带流反应器研究用途,设计制作了与之匹配的空心螺旋给粉装置,在调试和标定的过程中,针对出现的问题进行了多次改进和完善。给料装置料仓内设置了带轴流叶片的搅拌装置,使物料始终处于自然堆积状态,具有良好的流动性;采用空心螺旋推料,避免了对物料的挤压,接近实现等体积送料。给料流量与电机变频器输出频率的线性度良好。通过反复的标定试验对照,证实给料装置的性能稳定。 Stable operation of feeding device is critical to the reliability and accuracy of experiment results. A hollow screw powder feeding device is designed and manufactured to match the research function of an entraind flow reactor which is under construction During the process of commissioning and calibration, a lot of improvements have been made focused on problems encountered. Stirring device with axial blades is installed in stock bin of feeding device so that material can always present natural accumulation status, with good liquidity; by means of hollow screw feeding, extrusion of material is avoided, and approximate equivalent volume feeding is achieved. The linearity between feeding rate of material and frequency output of inverter is good. Through repeated calibration tests, stable performance of feeding device is confirmed.
