摘要
为保证高速铁路的高速度、高密度、高可靠性,迫切要求其基础设施的检养修管理更加科学。按照宏观层面的集成管理模式、中观层面的检养修管理集成和微观层面的检养修业务集成在内的高速铁路基础设施综合维修集成管理理念,提出构建高速铁路基础设施综合维修集成管理模型,分析了模型的各子系统的构成要素,以及要素间的相互作用关系,为形成高速铁路基础设施综合维修集成管理体系提供参考。
High speed,high density and high reliability of high-speed railway eagerly requires more scientific infrastructure maintenance management.The integration management concept of infrastructure comprehensive maintenance consists of three levels,i.e.integration management model at the macro level,inspection,maintenance and repair management integration,and inspection,maintenance and repair service integration.Based on this concept,a integration management model is established and the components of each subsystem of the model and the relationship among different factors are analyzed.The result can be a reference for establishing integration management system of high speed railway infrastructure comprehensive maintenance.
