大吨位多点加载架的设计与研究

摘要 为研究某悬索桥刚性悬索与桁梁上弦杆连接处的力学行为,截取其典型节点进行2:1模型的试验研究。由于模型体积大,点位多,加载吨位达900 t,加载架的设计制作成为试验的最关键环节。本文在ANSYS优化计算的基础上,设计出多点加载自平衡加载架,实现对模型实际受力的精确模拟。结果表明:该加载架用料最省,受力合理,能保证加载定位准确和操作方便,为大吨位多点加载模型试验提供了技术参考。 In order to study mechanical behavior of special joint at connection between stiff suspension cable and upper chord of truss beam for stiff suspension reinforced steel truss bridge,a 2∶1 scale-down model of a certain bridge is intercepted and tested.It's so big in the volume,so many points to apply load and the maximum load is upper to 900 ton that how to design and make a loading shelf become the most key part to finish the testing.Base on AYSYS,this paper designs a multipoint loading shelf under interior balance and achieves to precisely simulate the actual situation bearing forces of the model The results show that the shelf made of few materials has lowest costs and a reliable structure to bear loads as well as it can insure to put jacks accurately and work conveniently.At the same time,this paper provides a reference to develop the test for multipoint loading node model under huge bearing.
