嘉道时期滇铜供应问题探析——兼论嘉道时期云南铜矿之衰落

The Supply Problems of Yunnan-produced Copper in the Jiaqing-Daoguang Period

笔者依据现存的嘉庆、道光时期的档案材料分析了这一时期滇铜供应问题,即供应不足和成色低潮,而后者较前者问题更为严重。清廷采取了诸多调剂措施,使得供应数量基本得到了保证,但对于成色低潮问题,始终未能制定有效的解决方案。嘉庆、道光年间云南铜矿呈渐衰之势,自然因素是其主要原因之一,但其背后官发铜本与产铜成本之间日益加剧的矛盾及铜务弊端亦不可忽略。

Based on the historical documents,this study gives an analysis of the supply problems of Yunnan-produced copper in the Jiaqing-Daoguang Period.The major problem was inadequate supply while its quality was also a problem.The Qing Imperial Court adopted quite a few measures to guarantee adequate supply but its quality saw no improvement.In this period,the copper mine in Yunnan was on the decline,which resulted from both natural factors and the cost and management problems.
