摘要
通过对某高校商务英语专业大学四年级学生的问卷调查表明,商务英语专业学生的非语言交际能力总体较低,而且不同类型的非语言交际能力不平衡。为了培养合格的商务英语人才,应当把跨文化的非语言交际能力列入商务英语人才的培养目标;通过多种方式向学生提供必备的知识;创造条件让学生多参加跨文化的商务实践活动;进行科学有效的指导,在强调文化差异的同时也不能忽视文化共性,以免发生共性"异化"的现象。
This questionnaire survey of the seniors of business English majors in a Chinese university reveals that on the whole their non-verbal communicative ability is low and imbalanced.Thus,the teaching materials of various kinds for business English majors should provide more knowledge for training their.non-verbal communicative ability.Besides,more business activities should be offered to these students and cultural differences and similarities should be given equal attention.
