摘要 以丙烯酸酯为黏合剂对织物进行夜光涂层,讨论了黏合剂质量分数及焙烘条件对织物耐磨性能、柔软性及发光性能的影响。结果显示:丙烯酸酯黏合剂质量分数增大,织物的耐磨性能随之提高,但悬垂系数变大,织物明显变硬,同时涂层发光性能变差;焙烘条件的差异对涂层的手感及耐磨性能影响较明显,但对发光性能影响较小。当丙烯酸酯黏合剂为50%,130℃焙烘3 min,涂层各方面性能相对比较理想。 The luminous coating of polyester fabric with acrylic ester as adhesive is carried out. The influences of adhesive dosage and curing conditions on wearability, softness, and luminescent property of the fabric are discussed. The results show that with the increase of acrylic ester dosage, the wearability of the coating fabric is improved, while its drape coefficient becomes larger, the handle feels hard obviously, and luminous property of coating becomes poor. Different curing conditions have signif- icant effect on handle and wearability of coating, but have little effect on luminous properties. The coating performance is satisfactory under the condition of acrylic ester adhesive 50%, curing at 130 ℃ for 3 min.
