摘要 建立了柱前衍生高效液相色谱测定纺织品中可萃取六价铬的方法。用二苯基碳酰二肼与纺织品水萃取液中的六价铬在酸性条件下进行衍生反应,以甲醇和10 mmol/L H3PO4水溶液为流动相,ZORBAXSB-C18柱分离,采用高效液相色谱于540 nm波长处对衍生物进行检测。该方法可有效消除颜色的干扰,且精确、可靠、快速、重现性好、灵敏度高,在0~1.2 mg/kg织物的范围内,线性相关系数r=0.999 82,检测限达0.02 mg/kg织物。 A pre-column derivatizing method of liquid chromatography is established for the determination of extractable hexavalent chromium in textiles. In this method,hexavalent chromium in water extraction of textiles is derivatized with 1,5-diphenylcarbazide under acidic condition. The separation is performed on ZORBAX SB-C18 column using methanol and 10 mmol/L H3 PO4 solution as mobile phase,and the detection of derivative is carried out by high performance liquid chromatography at the wavelength of 540 nm. The interferences of colors can effectively be eliminated. The method is accurate, reliable,quick, repeatable and sensitive. In the determination range of 0 - 1. 2 mg/kg fabric,the linear coefficient r is 0. 999 82, and the detection limit is 0.02 mg/kg fabric.
