摘要
提出用荧光光谱法测定环糊精包络物离解常数的新方法。对于1:1型包络物,若客体与包络物均有荧光且波长相同或者客体无荧光或很弱,包络物有荧光,则可用公式(I-I_0)/(I_∞-I)=(I/K_d)[CD]测定离解常数K_d 用提出的方法测定了对羟基苯甲酸和蒽与β-环糊精在水溶液中包络物的离解常数,与文献报道值一致。
A new general spectrofluorometric method was proposed for the determination of dissociation constant of cyclodextrin inclusion complex. For a 1:1 type inclusion complex, if theguest and inclusion complex were both fluorescent and had the same fluorescence wavelength, or.the guest was. nonfluorescent or poorly fluorescent, but inclusion complex fluorescent, the equationwas obtained and acted as a determination equation. With the proposed method, the dissociation constants of inclusion complexes of para- hydroxylbenzoic acid and anthracene with β- cyclodextrin in aqueous solution were determined, the results agreed with those by other method.
