摘要
随着张家口风电的快速发展,大规模风电集中并网对电网安全稳定运行的影响也越来越严重。为此介绍了张家口风电外送稳定控制系统的研究与实施情况,总结归纳了项目实施中的一系列关键技术:如标准化、规范化设计思想、系统扩展方案以及简化可靠的控制策略等,为今后的大规模风电集中并网稳定控制系统的应用提供了积极的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of wind power generation at City Zhangjiakou,wind generation＇s large-scale centralized integration into grid is affecting grid＇s safety running more and more.This article introduced the research and application of power transmission stabilization control system for wind power generation at City Zhangjiakou,summarized a series of key technologies for project application,such as standardization and regularization of design,system expansion plan and simplified,reliable control strategies.This can provide references for future applications of wind generation＇s large-scale centralized grid-connection.
