春秋战国时期的法家思想是我国优秀文化遗产和精神财富的一部分,虽然法家法治思想的内容体系由于时代的局限,存在着一些不合理的、消极的成分,但其一些合理成分至今仍具有宝贵的价值,对我国依法治国理念的贯彻实施,健全社会主义法制,建设社会主义法治国家具有重要启示作用。

The Legalism of the Spring and Autumn Period is a part of China＇s excellent cultural heritage and spiritual wealth,although due to the time constraint,there existed some irrational,negative elements in the Legalist system of legal thought,but some reasonable composition of it still has precious value and important revelation for implementing the philosophy of governing the country with law,improving the socialist legal system,and building a socialist rule of law.
