摘要
报道在铜络合物催化下正戊基溴化镁与对甲苯磷酸油基酯的交叉偶合反应——家蝇引诱剂(Z)-9-二十三碳烯的简便合成法,比较了几种铜络合物的催化效果,考察反应条件对产率的影响。用CuCN·LiCl 作催化剂,在-5℃下反应,可得高产率的交叉偶合产物(Z)-9-二十三碳烯。
The cross-coupling reaction of n-pentylmagnesium bromide with oleyl P-toluenesulfonate catalyzed by copper complexes was studied. It is a convenient route to synthesis (9Z) -tricosene, the housefly sex attractant. The catalytic effeciency of some copper complexes and effect of reaction conditions on yields have been studied, High yield could be obtained by using CuCN ?LiCI as catalyst at-5℃.
