密封风机风量不足的原因分析

针对宁夏大唐国际大坝发电有限责任公司6号机组密封风机投运以来密封风量不足问题,根据密封风机的特性,从密封风机自身容量、机组负荷(给煤量)、煤质、磨煤机密封处漏风等方面进行分析,提出了对策及建议。

Aims at the problems of sealing air insufficient of the sealing fan for No.6 boiler units in Ningxia Datang International Daba Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,according to the characteristic of the sealing fan,from the capacity of the sealing fan,the unit loads（coal feeding amount）,the coal quality,the leakage at the coal pulverizer sealing analyzes the cause of the air insufficient of the sealing fan,puts forward some countermeasure and suggestions.
