摘要
针对径向偏振光束进行聚焦整形的问题,通过调整入射光束的参数、透镜的数值孔径以及衍射光学元件的结构,对调控光束聚焦场的强度分布进行了理论分析,提出了一种利用衍射光学元件对径向偏振光束进行聚焦整形的方法。结合实际应用的需求,设计了2种衍射光学元件,实现了超小光斑及长焦深和光链结构的聚焦场分布。数值模拟结果证实了设计的合理性。
Based on the focus shaping of radially polarized beams, the focused field intensity distributions of incident beams are theoretically analyzed by modulating the parameters of incident beams,numerieal aperture (NA) of the objective lens and structure parameters of diffractive optical elements (DOEs) , A method of focus shaping for radially polarized beams using is proposed. Two kinds of DOEs are designed aecording to the practical requirements,and an ultrasmall spot with a long depth of focus and an optical chain are presented respectively. The simulation results verify the validity of the theoretical analysis.
